Terms & Conditions


  1. Please ensure you arrive 5 minutes before the start of classes and collect your children promptly after sessions. Pleae bring a snack and appropriate refreshment. 
  2. All fees are due on or prior to the first day of term, we reserve the right to add £25 for late payments. 
  3. Fees will be calculated pro-rata for students enrolling mid-term.
  4. A half-term's written notice is required if students do not wish to continue. Should this not be provided we require half a term's fees paid in lieu of notice.
  5. Medical conditions and allergies should be advised prior to enrolment.
  6. Students must wear their BARTA TShirts and suitable clothing / footwear for dance and movement.
  7. We endeavour to ensure that our fees are inclusive and no other costs will be incurred for sessions. Voluntary classes, workshops and trips may be offered throughout the term which may incur an additional charge but we will aim to keep these to a minimum.
  8. We will generally communicate by email, or in an emergency by telephone, so it is essential we have up to date contact details. Please also check the website regularly for BARTA updates.
  9. Auditions and Castings - During term time BARTA will endeavour to ensure teachers are available before and after classes to advise individuals on upcoming auditions and castings.
  10. Enrolment with the academy and payment of fees represents acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. ​​
